摘　　要：目的 :寻找活力素胶囊中内容物提取的最佳提取工艺。方法 :以人参皂苷Re和蒽醌的含量为指标 ,采用正交设计法和高效液相色谱法探讨活力素胶囊的最佳提取工艺条件。结果 :活力素的最佳提取工艺是用 8倍量的 5 0 %的乙醇提取 2次 ,每次 2h。Objective: To find out the optimal extraction process for Huolisu capsule. Method: The extraction process was studied by orthogonal design with yield of the extracted ginsenoside Re and anthraquinone content determined by RP-HPLC as indexes. Result: The result showed that the optimal extraction process was 50% alcohol, 8 times the amount of herbs, refluxing for 2 times, each time 2 hours.
