摘　　要：医疗纠纷一直是世界各国普遍存在的现象 ,现今它己成为中国社会的一个热点问题。医疗纠纷的产生有社会、医疗卫生机构、医务人员、患者等诸方面的原因。从医务人员的执业伦理要求 :树立以病人为中心的思想 ,维护患者的权利 ,加强医务人员的道德自律等 ,将有助于预防和减少医疗纠纷 ,从而达到医患关系的和谐。Medical disputes are the common phenomenon in every country,but it is a hot issue in current China.The reasons of medicl disputes can be found from society,medical institutions,medical professionals and patients.The aim of this paper is to prevent and reduce medical disputes and make doctor-patient relationship harmony.The conclusion of paper is that medical professionals should obey the ethical requirements,including holding an idea of serving patients,protecting the right of patients, and strengthening the moral sense of medical professionals.
