新新颈舒散的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的 :观察新新颈舒散对颈椎病患者的临床治疗效果。方法 :将确诊的164例颈椎病患者随机分为两组。新新颈舒散治疗组98例 ,每次1袋 ,热敷 ,每天2次 ,20天为1疗程 ;天和骨通贴膏对照组66例 ,用法同治疗组。结果 :治疗组治愈62例 ,有效32例 ,无效4例 ,总有效率为95 8 % ;对照组治愈39例 ,有效23例 ,无效3例 ,总有效率为93 3 %。两组比较 ,无显著性差异 (P>0 05)。结论 :新新颈舒散对颈椎病有显著的治疗效果 。OBJECTIVE:To observe the therapeutic effects of Xinxinjingshu powder on cervical spondylopathy.METHODS:The patients with cervical spondylopathy(n=164) were randomly divided into 2 groups:therapeutic group(n=98),Xinxinjingshu powder was applied in a form of hot compress,one bag bid,20 days as a therapeutic course;control group,Tianhegutong adhesive plaster was given in the same way as in therapeutic group.RESULTS:In therapeutic group:62 patients satisfactory effect,32 improved,and 4 failure,with a total effective rate of 95.8%.In control group:total effective rate was 93.9%.There was no significant difference between two groups in therapeutic effect(P>0.05).CONCLUSION:Xinxinjingshu powder has obvious therapeutic effect on cervical spondylopathy.It is a safe and effective preparation.
