摘　　要：目的 :调查我院老年高血压患者的用药情况 ,并分析其合理性。方法 :采用回顾性调查方法随机抽查了我院2000年1月～2002年2月454份老年高血压患者病历 ,对药物应用、联合用药情况及应用的合理性进行统计、分析。结果 :(1)总的用药趋势是 :硝苯地平和复方降压片占绝大多数 ,其次是美托洛尔和卡托普利 ;(2)基本上都采用了联合用药。结论 :我院老年高血压患者用药基本合理 ,建议在条件允许的情况下 。OBJECTIVE:To investigate the situation of drugs used for hypertension in old patients and to analyse the rationality of use.METHODS:In a retrospective study,454 medical records of old patients with hypertension who were admitted from January 2000 to Febuary 2002 were randomly sampled and the data was analysed in respect to the use of drugs,combined use of drugs and rationality of use.RESULTS:The general trend of use of drugs was as follows:(1)Nifedipinine and compound hypotensor tablet were most common drugs used and metoprolol and captopril were the next ones.(2)most drugs were administrated in combined use.CONCLUSION:The use of drugs for old patients with hypertension was rational on the whole.We suggest that individualized administration of drugs should be adopted if it is possible.
