摘　　要：目的:探讨人工髓核(PDN)置换术治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床应用效果。方法:2002年5月以来应用后路PDN置换术治疗L_(4-5)单一间隙椎间盘突出症3例,术前JOA评分分别为5、6、10分,平均7分。结果:随访率100％,截止2002年12月,平均随访6月(4月～8月),术后JOA评分分别为28.28、29分,平均28.3分。结论:PDN置换术为腰椎间盘突出症治疗提供了一种新方法,其近期疗效满意,但远期疗效还有待进一步随访观察。Objective: To assess the clinical outcomes of patient with lumbar disc herniation treated with PDN artificial nucleus pulposus of intervertebral disc replacement. Methods:3 patients undergone with PDN artificial nucleus pulposus of intervertebral disc replacement to L4-5 single interspace for route of retreat, the preoperative JOA score to part was 5、6、10(mean, 7 points). Results: All the cases were followed up from 4 to 8 months (mean, 6 months), the postoperative JOA score to part was 28、28、29(mean, 28.3 points). Conclusion: PDN artificial nucleus pulposus of intervertebral disc replacement might be a new operation for the treatment of lumbar intervertebral disc herniation. The short term clinical result was satisfactory, but its long term clinical result still await further investigation.
