摘 要:目的:研究保肾康合剂对庆大霉素所致的急性肾损伤大鼠肾功能的保护作用。方法:取大鼠40只,其中10只作为正常对照组,其余30只制成急性肾损伤模型,并随机分为三组:保肾康组用保肾康溶液灌胃;包醛组用包醛氧淀粉灌胃;病模组(同正常组)用0.85%生理盐水灌胃。治疗10天,观察各组血肌酐(Scr)、尿素氮(BuN)和尿酶(NAG)的变化;将大鼠处死后观察其肾组织的病理改变。结果:保肾康组治疗后(Scr)、(BuN)和(NAG)较病模组明显下降,并优于包醛组(P<0.01);光镜检查保肾康合剂可使肾小管上皮细胞肿胀,坏死等组织病理改变明显减轻,电镜下可见线粒体损伤等变化亦显著减轻。结论:保肾康合剂可改善急性肾损伤大鼠的肾功能,减轻水肿,阻止庆大霉素对肾小管上皮细胞的进一步损害。objective: To study the protective effects of Shen Huang Cao-mixture on acute renal injury caused by gentamicin in rats.. Methods: 40 rats were randomly divided into four groups (10/group) : group A (normal group), group B(Shen Huang Cao-mixture to be convinced), group C(treated with coated oxidized strach) and group D (pathologic group). The later three groups were made to become acute renal injury models. Group A & group D used physiologic saline only. After ten days treatment, blood urea nitrogen(BUN), Serum creatinine (Scr) and p-N-acetyglocosamidase (NAG) were monitored. And renal histological changes were observed. Results: In decreasing BUN, Scr & NAG, Shen Huang Cao is superior to group C(P<0.01); It was also found that Shen Huang Cao-mixture could reduce the edema of renal tubular by lightscope, the damage of mitochondria is lighter. Conclusion: Shen Huang Cao-mixture can not only improve the renal function of the rats with damaged kidney, but also alleviate the edema and prevent the epithelial cells of the renal tubular from being damaged by gentamicin anymore.
