经腹膜后途径腹腔镜下输尿管上段切开取石术

摘　　要：目的 :介绍和总结经腹膜后途径行腹腔镜下输尿管上段切开取石的初步体会和经验。方法 :对 10例输尿管上段结石的患者采取经腹膜后途径腹腔镜下行输尿管上段切开取石术 ,6例给予缝合输尿管切口 ,2例仅留置D -J管。结果 :早期 2例因为患者体型的肥胖和经验的不足中转为开放手术 ,其余 8、例均取得了成功 ,手术时间 10 0min～ 2 2 0min ,平均 14 0min。术后均恢复顺利出院 ,无并发症。结论 :采用经腹膜后途径的输尿管上段切开取石术是一种有效而微创的技术 。Objective:To introduce and sum up primary expe rience of laparoscopic retroperitoneal upper ureterolithotomy.Methods:Laparoscopic retroperitoneal upper-tract ureterolithotom y was performed in 10 cases.The ureter incision were sutured in 6 cases,and only D-J tube in 2 cases.Results:The stones were removed successfully in 8 cases,and 2 cases were converted to open operation because of fat and lacking of experien ce. The operative time ranged from 100min～220min(mean 140min), all cases left hospital smoothly, no complications occurred.Conclusions:Laparoscopic retroperitoneal upper-tract ureterolith oto my is an effective and micro invasive technology, It is suitable for most cases that need surgical technology.
