摘　　要：采用实验法,对土家族民间棉花球运动从场地、器材、比赛方法、竞赛规则等进行全面创新,旨在弘扬我国民族传统体育,丰富民族体育文化,开发民族体育资源,为我国有关决策部门提供民族特色体育项目作参考。By way of experimenting,a Tujia national folk game is comprehensively innovated in the aspects of its court,facilities,contesting method and rules,so as to spread classic folk game of out country,enrich national sports culture,explore national sports resource and in turn to provide sports games with minority national features as reference material for relevant decisionmaking departments of out country.
