中药糖平煎对NIDDM大鼠的治疗观察

摘　　要：目的 :观察中药糖平煎对实验性Ⅱ型糖尿病大鼠的治疗作用。方法 :采用高糖高脂饲料喂养和小剂量链脲佐菌素腹腔注射相结合的方法复制Ⅱ型糖尿病大鼠模型 ,中药糖平煎治疗 4周。采用组间对照 ,检测不同治疗组大鼠的血糖、血脂、血液流变学、心脏功能等指标。结果 :糖平煎能明显改善实验性Ⅱ型糖尿病大鼠的生化、血液流变学等多项指标 ,与模型对照组比较有显著差异 (P <0 .0 5～ 0 .0 1 )。结论 :中药糖平煎对实验性Ⅱ型糖尿病大鼠有较好的治疗作用。Objective:To study the effects of the tangpingjian on cu rative effec ts of NIDDM rats. Methods: Experimentedl rats were fed with fora ge that contains more sugar and more fat . At the same time, rats were intraperitoneally adminis trated by low dose of STZ to make NIDDM model. Atter they were given successive treating with tangpingjian for 4 weeks , measure the heart function、FBG、TG and items of hemorrheology in rats,and then compare the results with those of other groups. Results: The drug can decrease FBG、TG、ηbh、ηbl、ηp in experimented rats , and it has remarkable difference compared with model group (P<0.05～0.01 ).Conclusion: Tangpingjian has more curative effects in NIDDM ra ts.
