摘　　要：目的　探讨湖南侗族头面部的体质特征。方法　对湖南侗族头面部 4 2项指标进行活体测量分析。结果　得到了头面部 4 2项体质指标的平均测量值和有关分型。结论　湖南侗族头面部除有蒙古人种的一般特征外 ,还有其本民族的体质特征。Objective To probe into the physical character on the head and face of Dong people in Hunan province. Methods Observed and analysed 42 items of the head and face in Dong people with anthropometry. Results Obtained the average of 42 items and determining the type of the head and face. Conclusion The physical character of the head and face of Dong people in Hunan province have both general character of the Mongoloids and his own specical features.
