谷康泰灵治疗胫腓骨骨折50例临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的为观察谷康泰灵促进骨折愈合的临床疗效。方法将 5 0例新鲜胫腓骨折患者按随机原则分为治疗组与对照组。治疗组术后开始静点谷康泰灵 1 0ml,每日 1次 ,对照组不用促进骨折愈合药物。术后平均随访 1 0个月 ( 3～ 2 4个月 )。结果治疗组 2 5例骨折平均愈合天数(临床愈合 ) 45天 ,与对照组 62天相比 ,有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 5 )。治疗组延迟愈合 3例 ,无骨不连发生 (延迟愈合与骨不连发生率 8% ) ;对照组延迟愈合 5例 ,骨不连 2例 (延迟愈合与骨不连发生率 2 8% ) ,两者相比有显著差异 (X2 检验 ,P <0 .0 5 )。结论谷康泰灵可加速骨折愈合 。Objective To observe the clinical therapeutic effects of Gu Kang Tai Ling on promoting fracture healing. Methods Intravenous drip of 10ml of Gu Kang Tai Ling was conducted in the treatment group after the operation, once a day, while no fracture-healing drug was used in the control group. The postoperativefollow-up survey lasted for 10 months averagely(from 3 to 24 months). Results 25 cases of fracture in the treatment group healed clinically in 45 days averagely, while the time in the control group was 62 days, with marked difference(P<0.05). The treatment group found 3 cases of delayed union, without occurrence of nonunion(Delayed union and nonunion constituted 8%); the control group saw 5 cases of delayed union and 2 cases of nonunion(Delayed union and nonunion accounted for 28%), with marked difference(for X 2 test, P<0.05). Conclusion Gu Kang Tai Ling can accelerate union of fracture, reduces the occurrence rates of delayed union and nonunion.
