摘　　要：[目的 ]探讨 β2 整合素在肾脏缺血再灌注损伤中的作用。 [方法 ]建立大鼠肾脏热缺血再灌注损伤模型 ,检测不同损伤程度的肾组织中CD1 1a的表达以及肾功能的变化。 [结果 ]正常肾组织中CD1 1a的表达极低 ,缺血再灌注后CD1 1a表达明显增强 ,血清尿素氮和肌酐水平升高 ,并且在缺血 6 0min后再灌注不同时间的各组中 ,血清尿素氮和肌酐水平均明显高于缺血 30min后再灌注相同时间的各组 (P <0 .0 1 )。 [结论 ]缺血再灌注损伤后肾组织中CD1 1a表达明显上调 ,提示移植肾缺血再灌注损伤越重 。To investigate the role of β 2 integrin in rat renal ischemia-reperfusion injury (IRI). CD11a expression was measured by immunohistochemistry and renal function was detected in the uninephrectomized rat model established by warm IRI. The level of CD11a was very low in normal renal tissue, but was increased significantly after reperfusion. And renal failure was presented in the rats with IRI.Both expression of CD11a and renal function in the ischemia 60 min reperfusion group were higher than that in ischemia 30 min reperfusion group. [Conclusion] Up-regulation of β 2 integrin further elucidates the mechanism of relation between IRI and acute rejection; more heavier IRI, more possible acute rejection.
