高山红景天抗伤害感受作用初探

摘　　要：[目的 ]观察高山红景天的提取物多糖和甙的抗伤害感受作用。[方法 ]对 2 7只昆明种小鼠用醋酸扭体法测内脏痛 ;2 4只昆明种小鼠计算机PCLab软件测痛阈观察躯体痛。[结果 ]高山红景天多糖和甙均能明显减少醋酸扭体法 1 5min内小鼠扭体的次数 (P <0 .0 1 ) ,并能明显提高电刺激所致小鼠躯体痛的痛阈 (P <0 .0 1 )。[结论The effects of polysaccride and glucoside of Rhodiola sachlinensis A.Bor on antinociception were observed. The acetic acid-induced twitching and pain threshold using PCLab software in 51 mice was used. The polysaccride and glucoside of Rhodiola sachlinensis A.Bor could reduce the times of the acetic acid-induced twitching and rise the pain threshold separately ( P <0.01). [Conclusion] These results indicated that Rhodiola sachlinensis A.Bor had the antinociceptive action.
