摘　　要：运用江苏省家计调查数据建立了一个二阶段预算的近乎理想化的线性需求系统 ,估计了主要农产品的价格弹性 。The household survey statistics from Jiangsu Statistic Bureau are used to establish a two stage budget almost ideal demand system,the price elasticities of agricultural products are estimated,and simulation is made to find the influence of inflation or people′s income level increase on the consumption of agricultural products.
