摘 要:本研究以晋豆 2 3为母本 ,灰布支黑豆为父本 ,用“单粒混传”法构建了一个含有 4 74个家系的F10代的大豆重组自交系Jinf。 2 0 0 2年本研究组对F8代RIL群体Jinf进行生育期、形态性状、产量构成及抗逆性等 2 9个性状进行了观察记载和统计分析研究。所有观察性状在RIL群体Jinf中均表现有较大的变异范围 ,绝大部分性状呈连续变异、正态分布 ,且存在双向超亲分离现象 ,表明这些观察性状大都为数量性状由多基因控制。从表型分析初步认为各家系内部趋于纯合。本研究进一步选取了能覆盖大豆基因组的 35 5对SSR引物对RIL群体Jinf进行SSR分析 ,2 12对SSR在亲本中表现有多态性 ,多态率为5 9 72 %。 2 12对引物获得 2 13个座位用来评估大豆群体的遗传结构 ,各座位在群体中的多态性指数趋向于 0 5 ,在 0 375 - 0 5 0 0范围内波动。 16 0个SSR座位 (75 12 % )在群体中呈 1∶1的分离比 ,5 3个SSR座位 (2 4 88% )在群体中偏分离 ,SSR座位的杂异率在 0 - 9 32 %之间。分析还表明 111个家系(94 0 7% )趋于纯合 ,其中 31个家系 (2 6 2 7% )完全纯合 ,而有 7个家系的杂合率在 15 31- 42 72 %之间。分析表明大豆RIL群体Jinf的各个家系的基因型组成父本灰布支的贡献率为 5 1% 。In this research, a soybean recombinant inbred line population including 474 F 10 progenies was generated by single seed multiple descent (SSMD), which derived from a cross between Jinbean23 and ZDD2315 This soybean RIL population was named as Jinf Twenty-nine agronomic traits were investigated based on the field recording approaches of conventional breeding program, which was carried out in the Fenyan City of Shanxi province in summer of 2002 The results indicated that these traits in the RIL population have significant differences, the frequency of most traits show continuous changes and normally distribution, the tremendous transgressive segregation for most traits was also observed in the Jinf population It is suggested that most traits be quantitative trait and controlled by polygenes Trait phenotyping analysis shows that all progenies tend to be homozygous A total number of 355 pairs SSR primers covering the whole soybean genome were employed randomly to reveal the polymorphism between two parents 212 pairs of which were polymorphic and 213 loci were detected The polymorphic rate is up to 59 72% Analysis with polymorphic SSR loci on the selected 118 progenies indicated ploymorphic index (PI) tended to be 0 5, varying in the range from 0 375 to 0 500, and 160 SSR loci conformed to the segregation ratio of 1∶1, 53 SSR loci in the tested progenies show segregation distortion, heterogeneous rates of SSR loci in the 118 tested progenies were in the range of 0-9 32% Further analysis showed111 RIL progenies tended to be homozygeneous, of which 31 tested progenies were completely homozygeneous and the heterogeneous rate of 7 tested progenies were in the range of 15 31-42 72% We also analyzed the contribution and distribution of genotypic components in 118 tested progenies, the results showed that contribution rate of paternal ZDD2315 was up to 51% and the distribution was normal based on parameters of Skewness, Kutosis and Chi square test analysis It is illustrated prelim
