摘　　要：本文系统介绍了海南省农作物分子育种重点实验室日常使用的植物DNA提取方法。这些方法是在综合了国内外实验室使用的DNA提取方法的基础上发展起来的 ,能满足现代分子生物学及生物工程研究的要求 。This paper has summarized the plant DNA isolation methods which were used as routine protocols in Hainan Provincial Key Laboratory of Crop Molecular Breeding (HiCMBL) All of the protocols originated in many famous domestic and international laboratories and modified by HiCMBL It is well adapted for applications of the lab of molecular plant breeding, those protocols are quick, reliable and the DNA obtained can be met the demands of the researches in modern molecular biology and biotechnology
