摘　　要：[目的 ]　比较酶联免疫法和层析法两种原理HIV诊断试剂临床应用的质量。　 [方法 ]　按各种实际操作说明 ,对市场调查、质量评估及卫生执法没收的试剂平行检测。　 [结果 ]　层析法实际的敏感度明显低于酶联免疫法。　 [结论 ]　层析法实际不宜作为常规监测 。Objective To compare the quality of enzyme linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA) and immunochromatographic test for testing HIV antibody. Methods Different reagents were used in parallel testing the same samples according to the operation procedure provided by different reagent manufactories. Results The sensitivity of immunochromatographic test was less than that of ELISA. Conclusion Immunochromatographic reagent should not be selected for routine use for HIV antibody diagnosis.
