摘 要:采用模拟试验方法,研究了有机无机N肥配施对棉花产量及其构成因素、干物质积累与分配和土壤全N量的影响。结果表明:施用N肥能促进各生育时期棉株和各器官的干物质积累,增加LAI,极显著提高单位面积总铃数和棉花产量;在施用等量N、P、K的条件下,绿肥+沼肥+化肥配施的综合效果较好,绿肥+化肥配施次之,单施无机N肥效果较差;有机无机氮肥配施能提高土壤全N量。Effects of combined application of organic and inorganic nitrogen fertilizer on the yield and yield components of cotton, accumulation and distribution of dry matter in cotton and total nitrogen content in the soil were studied through simulation test. The results showed that application of nitrogen fertilizer could promote the accumulation of dry matter in cotton plants and organs at different growth and development stages, increase the value of LAI and significantly enhance the total bolls per unit area and yield of cotton. Under the condition of applying the same amount of N, P and K fertilizer, the comprehensive effect of combined application of green manure, biogas and chemical fertilizer was the best, that of mixed application of green manure and chemical fertilizer was the second best, that of sole application of inorganic nitrogen fertilizer was the worst. The combined application of organic and inorganic nitrogen fertilizer could increase the total nitrogen content in the soil.
