高原地区带状疱疹患者血清IL-2、sIL-2R和IL-6水平的研究

摘　　要：目的 探讨高原地区带状疱疹患者血清IL-2、sIL-2R和IL-6水平的变化。方法 采用ELISA方法检测了43例高原地区带状疱疹患者血清IL-2及其可溶性受体(sIL-2R)、IL-6水平。结果 患者血清中IL-2及IL-6水平明显低于正常对照(P<0.05,P<0.01),sIL-2R明显高于正常对照(P<0.01)。结论 提示高原地区带状疱疹患者存在细胞免疫缺陷,IL-2、sIL-2R和IL-6的异常变化参与了高原地区带状疱疹的发生过程。Objective To investigate the levels of serum IL-2,sIL-2R,and IL-6 in patients with herpes zoster in altitude areas, Methods the levels of IL-2, sIL-2R and IL-6 were measured in 43 patients with HZ by ELISA. Results The results showed that serum levels IL-2 and IL-6 were significantly lower in patients than that in normal controls(P < 0.05, P < 0.01),and the level of sIL-2R was significantly higher( P <0.01). Conclusion It suggested that HZ was associated with aberrations of IL-2,sIL-2R and IL-6 in serum in altitude areas,and abnormal expression of IL-2,sIL-2R and IL-6 in serum might be involved in the pathogenesis of HZ.
