摘 要:目的 研究丹参对兔重症急性胰腺炎 (SAP)肠粘膜上皮细胞线粒体呼吸链功能及氧自由基的影响。方法 36只日本大耳兔 ,建立兔SAP模型 ,随机分为丹参组和生理盐水组 ,分别于术后 2、 6、12h分离小肠粘膜上皮细胞内线粒体 ,检测肠粘膜上皮细胞线粒体内细胞色素aa3、细胞色素C、能荷和SOD水平。结果 ①术后 2h内 ,两组肠粘膜上皮细胞线粒体内细胞色素aa3水平无显著差异 (P >0 0 5 ) ,术后 6h、 12h生理盐水组肠粘膜上皮细胞线粒体内细胞色素aa3水平均低于丹参组 (P <0 0 5 ) ;②术后2、 6、 12h生理盐水组肠粘膜上皮细胞内细胞素C水平、能荷和SOD活力较丹参组下降 (P <0 0 5 )。结论 丹参能显著提高细胞色素aa3、细胞色素C、能荷和SOD水平 。Objective:To explore the effect on Dan shen root to mitochondrial electron transport chain and free radical in intestinal mucosa epithelial cells of rabbits with severe acute pancreatitis. Methods: 36 SAP model rabbits were randomly divided into treated group and control group . The mitochondrion of small intestine mucous membrane was separated after the SAP models were set up2,6 and 12 hours and detected the level of cytochrome aa 3, cytochrome C, energy charge and superoxide dismutase. Result:There was no significant difference between the treat group and control group( P>0 05)of cytochrome aa 3 after after the SAP models were set up6 and 12 hours and there was significant difference between the treat group and control group( P<0 05)of cytochrome aa 3 after after the SAP models were set up6 hours and of cytochrome C, energy charge and superoxide dismutase after after the SAP models were set up2,6 and 12 hours( P<0 05). Conclusion:Dan shen root has the effect of improving the function of mitochondrial electron transport chain and reducing free radical.
