摘　　要：目的 :探讨在建卡孕妇中开展艾滋病健康教育的可行性和近期效果。方法 :选择成都市、金牛区、武侯区、成华区 4所妇幼保健院 2 0 0 2年 3～ 10月建卡孕妇 ,按预定的干预措施进行健康教育 ,并对干预的近期效果进行评价。结果 :建卡孕妇健康教育后艾滋病相关知识和传播途径应答正确率较健康教育前均有明显提高 ( P<0 .0 0 1)。结论 :在建卡孕妇中开展艾滋病健康教育有效且可行。Objective: To explore the feasibility of developing health education on AIDS among the registered pregnant women and its effect in the near future. Methods: The pregnant women registered in the four hospitals of maternity and child health care of Chengdu City, Jinniu district, Wuhou district and Chenghua district between March and October, 2002 were selected to carry out health education according to the scheduled intervene measure. The recent intervene effects were evaluated. Results: The correct rate of response to the related knowledge and transmission route on AIDS was improved remarkably after the health education ( P <0.001. Conclusion: It is effective and feasible to carry out the health education on AIDS among the registered pregnant women.
