摘  要:基因芯片是一种高通量、快速、平行核酸序列测定及定量分析技术,它是将大量特定序列的核酸片段有序地固定在载体上作为探针与标记核酸分子进行杂交,检测杂交信号的强弱,进而判断样品中靶分子的组成及数量。在植物应用方面,目前广泛应用于基因序列测定、基因表达研究、动植物疾病诊断及生物药物筛选等领域,是一种发展前景良好的新兴检测手段,必将对生命科学诸领域的发展产生革命性影响。讨论了基因芯片技术及在植物基因表达检测和疾病诊断等方面的应用与发展前景。Gene Chip was a high flux, rapid, parallel nucleic acid sequence detection and quantitative analyse technology. It fixed a great deal of specific nucleic acid sequence on carrier as probe, and hybrized with marked nucleic acid molecular. It estimate the constitutions and quantity of target molecular in samples through detecting the hybrized signal. At present. gene chip was widely applied for genomic sequencing, gene expression, disease diagnose of animal and plant and the filtration of biology medicament. It was a new detection method which had bright prospect. Certainly, It produced great influence on every aspect of life sicences. The article mainly discuss gene chip technology and its appliance and outlook at plant gene espression detection and disease diagnose.
