摘 要:采用IFAT检测了从安徽省颍上县江口区所挖获的155窝鼠脏器和139窝鼠血清中的HFRS病毒抗原和抗体。结果发现:1、在自然条件下鼠的感染存在着以窝为单位的聚集现象,窝内鼠感染率的大小与其窝鼠的数量呈显著正相关;2、窝内鼠的带毒和抗体全阳性频率显著地大于夹捕鼠;8、幼年组鼠可能对HFRS病毒有较高的易感性。One hundred & fifty-five lairs of rodents were captured from Jiangkou district. Yingshang county, Anhui province. Rodents tissues in 155 lairs & rodents' sera in 139 lairs were detected for HFRS virus antigens & antibodies with indirect immunifluorescent assay (IFA) technique. The results revealed that: 1. There were clustering infections in the rodents' lair, and the infection rate was directly, correlated with rodent number of their lairs; 2. The positive rate of HFRS virus antigen as detected by antibody reaction was significantly higher in lair-rodent than out lair-rodent (captured by clip); 3. The infant rodents were more susceptible to HFRS virus.
