摘 要:为提高AISIH13钢的硬度和耐磨性能,采用多弧离子镀(multi-arc)方法在H13钢表面沉积CrN/Cr双层膜。在600V直流负偏压下对样品表面进行氩离子轰击,随后沉积Cr中间层,采用3种不同的氮气分压,在200V直流负偏压下沉积CrN膜。SRV往复式摩擦磨损实验及表面形貌分析显示,H13钢镀膜样品磨痕深度只有未镀膜样品的1/4,膜层的显微硬度可达HV=1684,高于未镀膜样品的HV=780。膜层的主要相成分是CrN、Cr2N和少量的Cr。The tribological behavior and lifetime of AISI H13 steel were improved using reactive cathodic arc evaporation technology to fabricate a duplex coating of CrN/Cr on the H13 steel substrate with various argon and nitrogen partial pressures. The substrate was bombarded by Ar ions at 600 V bias. The Cr inter layer was then deposited in an argon atmosphere under 200 V bias. The CrN layer was then deposited in three kinds argon/nitrogen atmosphere. SEM measurements of worn surfaces showed that the depth of worn pit in CrN/Cr coating is only 1/4 of that in the substrate. Xray diffraction measurements show that the layer contains CrN, Cr2N and Cr. Friction and wear tests show that the CrN/Cr duplex coating hardness HV=1 684 is obviously higher than that of the substrate HV=780. The coating thickness and surface coarseness were measured with a surface profilometer.
