摘  要:为了探讨组合磁场净化钢液的机理,采用颗粒轨道模型对组合式结晶器内气泡的运动轨迹进行了模拟,对静磁场磁感应强度(0~0.26T)及静磁场与交变磁场的不同相对位置对气泡去除率的影响进行了分析。计算结果表明:随着静磁场磁感应强度的增强,气泡去除率提高;两磁场距离由270mm增大到420mm,大气泡的去除率逐渐提高,小气泡的去除率逐渐降低。进入上返流的气泡数量和气泡在液面处的停留时间影响气泡去除率。Gas bubble movement in molds with and without hybrid magnetic fields was simulated using the particle trajectory model to analyze liquid metal purification using hybrid magnetic fields. The tests analyzed the influence of the static magnetic flux density and the distance between the static magnetic field and the alternating magnetic field on the gas bubble removal rate. The results showed that the removal rate increased as the static magnetic flux density was increased from 0 to 0.26 T. The removal rate for big gas bubbles increased as the distance between the static magnetic field and the alternative magnetic field was increased from 270 mm to 420 mm while the removal rate for little gas bubbles decreased for the same condition. The number of gas bubbles entering the upward recirculating flow and the gas bubble residence time beneath the meniscus were important factors affecting the gas bubble removal rate.
