摘  要:目的 探讨血水草生物碱 (ECA)实验室及现场杀灭尾蚴、预防日本血吸虫感染的保护性效果。 方法 在实验室配置不同浓度的血水草生物碱溶液 ,玻片法灭蚴、实验室及现场防护动物血吸虫感染的试验。 结果 尾蚴接触药物 2 .5mg L ,60min死亡率为 97.71% ,5mg L死亡率为 10 0 %。 10mg L~ 10 0mg L尾蚴 10 0 %死亡时间由 45min缩短至 3min。 10mg L组药物浸杀尾蚴后 ,对小鼠的防护率为 10 0 % ;5mg LECA组的防护率为 82 .3 5 %~ 94.5 3 %。现场实验 1.2 5mg L能完全阻止血吸虫尾蚴感染。Objective To explore the killing effect of ECA on Schistosoma japonicum cercariae and protection against infection of Schistosoma japonicum. Methods Different concentrations of ECA solution were prepared and used for observing the mortality rate of cercariae and protective effect against infection with schistosoma in the laboratory and fields.Results The mortality rates of cercariae after a contacted of 60 min with the ECA solution with the concentrations of 2.5mg/L and 5mg/L are 97.71%and 100%. While the dying time was shortened from 45 min to 3 min at the concentrations of 10~100mg/L and the mortality rate of cercariae is 100%. The protective rates of mice after a contact of 30min with solutions of 5mg/L and 10mg/L, are respectively 82.35~94.53% and 100%. Results of field study show that 1.25mg/L ECA can completely prevent the infection with Schistosoma japonicum. Conclusion ECA possesses the effect in killing Schistosoma japonicum cercariae preventing infection of Schistosoma japonicum.
