间日疟15例临床分析

摘　　要：目的　分析散发性疟疾临床特点 ,指导临床诊断。　方法　回顾分析 15例间日疟疟疾临床表现及诊断治疗。　结果　 15例间日疟疟疾临床表现有个体差异 ,12例疟区发病、3例非疟区发病 ,10例症状典型 ,5例症状不典型 ,经抗疟治疗后痊愈。　结论　近年本地区间日疟流行多以散发形式发生 ,有少部分症状不典型 ,应引起临床医生重视。Objective To discuss the clinical features of vivax malaria cases. Methods The clinical menifestations and signs, dagnosis and treatment of 15 vivax malaria cases were retrospectively analyzed.Results Individual differences in the 15 malaria cases in clinical minifestations were observed. Of the 15 cases 12 were infected in malaria endemic areas, 3 in malaria free areas, 10 with typical malaria symptoms and 5 with typical symptoms. All of them were cured after treatment. Conclusion Clinical physicians should pay attention to the fact that sporadic malaria occurred in areas prevalent with vivax malaria and a few of them showing typical symptoms.
