摘　　要：本文综述了 β-受体阻滞剂在充血性心力衰竭治疗的研究进展。重点包括了 β-受体阻滞剂治疗心力衰竭的临床应用 ,适应证 ,禁忌证和作用机制。This article reviewed the progress in treatment of congestive heart failure with β blocker.It included clinical application, indication, contraindication and mechanism of actions. In addition, this article also reviewed these outcomes of investigation of evidence based medicine.
