氟中毒家蚕幼虫血淋巴中谷胱甘肽含量的变化

摘　　要：家蚕血淋巴中含有一定量的谷胱甘肽(GSH),它随着蚕体的生长发育呈现一定规律的变化,5龄前期较高,中期下降,到后期又迅速升高。同时,在一定程度的氟化物中毒以后,GSH含量也呈同样的变化趋势,但其含量比正常蚕少。因此,家蚕血淋巴中GSH含量的变化,可以作为了解家蚕氟中毒的一种依据。It has been proved that Glutathione(GSH)exists in hemolymph of silkworm larvae.GSH takes on certain regular change with the gro wth of silkworm larvae,in fifth instar larva,it is comparatively high in prophase,fall in metaphase and rap idly rise in anaphase.At the same time ,GSH shows the same change trend after poisoned by fluoride,but the content of GSH in the silkworm larva poisoned by fluoride is less than that in normal silkworm larva.Therefore,the change of GSH content in hemolymph can be regarded as an index in th e research of flu-oride poisoning silkworm.
