摘　　要：介绍了可扩展标志语言 (简称XML)的基本概念、特点及用途 .对比电子数据交换 (简称EDI) ,XML在实现信息标准化、信息的交流与共享上具有其独特的技术优势 ,而且许多基于XML的商务过程应用都着重数据交换上 .因此全文分析了在商务过程中基于XML数据交换的应用模式和B2B的解决方案 ,以及针对不同数据格式存在的现状 ,提出一种基于XML数据信息交换标准的商务综合服务平台模式 。The basic concept, characteristics and uses of Extensible Markup Language(in short XML)are introduced. Compared with Electronic Data Interchange (in short EDI), XML has unique technical superiority in the implementation of data integration and data communication, and many business process applications emphasize the data exchange based on XML, so the applied mode and B2B solution of data exchange in business process are analyzed. Aiming at the present conditions that different data formats exist, a kind of platform mode of business synthetic service is proposed to realize the application and sharing of every kind of resources data according to the standard of data/information exchanges.
