调肝导浊中药对动脉粥样硬化家兔PDGF-A及其受体α表达的影响

摘　　要：[目的]探讨调肝导浊中药对实验性动脉粥样硬化 (AS)家兔模型血小板源性生长因子A链(PDGF -A)及其受体 (PDGFR -α)表达的影响 ,以阐明其抗动脉粥样硬化的作用机制。[方法]采用高胆固醇饮食饲喂家兔 ,并在饲喂过程中依分组进行不同处理。实验结束后 ,处死动物取主动脉 ,用免疫组化方法检测PDGF -A、PDGFR -α的表达。[结果]AS模型组家兔主动脉PDGF -A、PDGFR -α阳性表达增强 ,而调肝导浊中药可有效降低其表达。[结论]调肝导浊中药可有效抑制高胆固醇饮食诱导的PDGF -A、PDGFR -α表达增强 。To investigate the effect of Chinese medicine Tiaogan Daozhuo Decoction on PDGF_A and PDGFR_α expression in rabbits with AS. The rabbits were fed with cholesterol_rich diet and underwent different management in each group simultaneously.The aorta was obtained for immunohistochemical examination at the end of experiment.In the model group, the aorta showed a heavily pathological changes of AS. And the positive expression of PDGF_A and PDGFR_αincreased markedly. Tiaogan Daozhuo Decoction could inhibit the expression effectively. [Conclusion]Tiaogan Daozhuo Decoction can prevent the formation and progress of AS by inhibiting the increased expression of PDGF-A and PDGFR-αinduced by cholesterol-rich diet.
