通脉降脂胶囊治疗高脂血症121例临床研究

摘　　要：[目的]观察通脉降脂胶囊治疗高脂血症的临床疗效。[方法]将全部患者分为两组 ,治疗组121例口服通脉降脂胶囊,治疗组56例常规治疗。[结果]通脉降脂胶囊能明显降低TC、TG、AI,升高HDL -C,改善临床症状。[结论]通脉降脂胶囊具有调整脂质代谢,降低血液粘滞度、抗动脉粥样硬化。To observe the clinical effect of Tongmai Jiangzhi Capsule on hyperlipidemia. All cases were divided into treatment group (n=121) and control group (n=56). Tongmai Jiangzhi Capsule was given to the patients in treatment group with 4 capsules once a day. While Zhibituo Paio, 3 capsule, and Alginic Sodium Diester, 2 tablets, were taken by the patients in control group orally three times a day. The changes of blood lipid, blood rheology and the scores of main clinical symptoms and side effect were observed. This capsule could decrease serum total cholesterol (TC), triglyceride (TG) and atherogenic index (AI) (P<0.01), improve the indexes of blood rheology (P<0.01,0.05) and the clinical symptoms (P<0.05) and had no obvious difference between these two groups (P<0.05 or 0.01). The total cure rate in treatment group was 94.2% and is superior to that in control group (P<0.05) with no side_effect.[Conclusion] Tongmai Jiangzhi Capsule can treat hyperlipidemia by regulating the metabolism of blood lipid, lowering the blood viscosity, and ameliorating atherosclerosis and clinical symptoms. It is worth using and developing deeply.
