摘　　要：用3665、101和RN-1催化剂对南阳各线润滑油料进行了加氢对比,确定RN-1为我厂润滑油加氢补充精制的换代催化剂。该催化剂在设定条件下,可以生产比现有的质量好,符合规格的150ZN、650ZN和125/140ZNZ中性油,其中150ZN达到了赶超标准。建议重视减压馏分油料的切割,改善溶剂抽提和脱蜡的深度,以生产优质中性油。The hydrofittishing of the lube stocks from Nanyang was studied by using 3665, 101 and RN-Ⅰ catalysts. Take RN-1 as new generation catalyst for lube hydrofinishing. Under given condition, qualified 150ZN, 650ZN and 125/140ZNZ neutral oils can be made with better quality than before. Especially the 150ZN was got to the standard stipulated. In order to produce premium-quality neutral oil, suggestions on attaching importance to the cuts of VGO, improving the solvent extraction and the dewaxing results were made.
