摘　　要：本文回顾了图书馆传统参考咨询服务的历史,论述了当今数字参考咨询服务的现状与发展概况,并从用户服务和图书馆内部建设两方面对参考咨询服务的未来趋势作了展望。This article reviews the history of the library traditional reference service, dissertates the current conditions and development of the digital reference service and discusses the future trends of reference service from patron service and library construction.
