摘　　要：本文在橡胶O 形圈注射成型工艺研究的基础上,进行了对油封注射成型工艺的研究。对硫化体系的设计、胶料配方、注射成型工艺参数相互关系、台架试验、注射模具设计等进行了研究试验。生产的油封与模压法相比,显示了质量均匀,尺寸精度高可实现半自动或全自动生产,生产率高出10多倍,经济效益显著。This paper investigates into the design of vulcanizing system,stockformulation,the relationship between technical parameters of injection moulding,bench test and the design of injection mould.The produced oil seal has uniformquality and high size accuracy.Semiautomatic or full-automatic production of oilseals can be accomplished,and its productivity is higher by over ten times thancompression moulding.
