摘  要:目的:观察强心滴丸对正常大鼠心肌收缩性能及左室后负荷的影响。方法:30只正常大鼠随机分为治疗组、对照组和空白组,各组动物分别给予腹腔注射强心滴丸混悬液、地高辛溶液、生理盐水。并于注射药物前及给药后15、30、60、90min分别记录动物LVP、BP、ECG波形。全部实验结束后,通过微分转换得dp/dt曲线,通过压力信号处理器得(dp/dt)p-1曲线,通过X-Y轴转换得LVP-(dp/dt)p-1,并经放大后测量记取左室内压峰值(LVSP)、动脉收缩压(SAP)、左室压最大上升速率(+dp/dtmax)、实测心肌收缩成分最大缩短速率(Vpm)。结果:强心滴丸能明显升高正常大鼠的LVSP、+dp/dtmax、Vpm、明显降低正常大鼠的SAP。结论:强心滴丸能增强正常大鼠心肌收缩性能,减轻其心脏后负荷,从而增加其心排出量,改善其心泵功能,能有效治疗充血性心力衰竭。Objective:To observe the effect of QiangXinDiWan (QXDW) on cardiac muscle contractility and left ventricle back-load in normal rats. Methods:30 normal rats were randomly divided into the treated group (treated with QXDW) and the control group (treated with Digoxin) and the blank group (treated with 0.9% Sodium Chloride). Wave forms of LVP, BP and ECG were memorized at 15、30、60、90 minute of treating and just before treating. After experiment, LVSP,SAP, +dp/dtmax,Vpm were marked. Results:LVSP,+dp/dtmax and Vpm of Rats were hoisted after QXDW treating. SAP of Rats were depressed after QXDW treating. Conclusion:Cardiac muscle contractility of normal rats were boosted up after QXDW treating, while left ventricle back-load were lightened.
