阴克宁系列药治疗老年性阴道炎临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察阴克宁系列药治疗老年性阴道炎的临床疗效。方法:对60例老年性阴道炎患者进行辨证内服及外治,并设西药对照组60例作临床对比观察。结果:阴克宁系列药组总有效率98.4%,西药对照组总有效率91.7%,经统计学处理,P>0.05,两组无显著性差异。结论:阴克宁系列药能够替代雌激素,且能避免因长期应用雌激素而诱发其它疾病,更适用于合并有雌激素依赖性的肿瘤患者。Objective: To observe the effect of the series of Yinkening in treating senile vaginitis. Method: Basing on physiology characteristic of senile people and clinical experience of Yao, we have made pure Chinese Medicine-the series of Yinkening. We observed two groups, each has 60 cases. The test group, therapy syndrome differentiation besides external application. The control group was treated with west medicine. Result: The allocative efficiency of the series of Yinkening is 98.4%, the other is 91.7%. The two group have no statistical difference, P>0.05. Conclusion: In the treatment of senile vaginitis, the series of Yinkening can substitute estrogenic hormone. It can avoid the possible side effects which are caused by estrogenic hormone of long time use. It is fit for the patients who suffer from tumor and need estrogenic hormone.
