摘　　要：目的　了解北京市国家公务员健康风险流行水平。方法　对 3个国家部、局级机关和 4个区级机关的 795名国家公务员进行面对面地问卷调查。调查者中男性 386人 ,女性 4 0 9人 ;年龄在 2 0～ 6 0岁间。结果　调查者中有 39 4 %的人有 1天以上的身体状况不良 ;有 4 7 5%的人出现精神状况不良 ;有 33 6 %的人吸烟 ;被动吸烟者占不吸烟者的 76 1% ;36 2 %的人饮酒 ;32 9%的人超重。 37 9%的存在 1种风险因素 ,包括高血脂、不参加体育锻炼、吸烟、饮酒等。吸烟危害健康知识的综合知晓率仅为 7% ,饮酒对健康的影响知识率大于70 % ,与肥胖有关的知识率很低。结论　被调查者慢性病患病率较高 ,有各种健康风险因素者占 2 0～ 4 0 % 。Objective To evaluate the health risk in the governmental office workers Methods A questionnaire survey in the form of face to face interview was conducted in 795 governmental office workers, 386 males and 409 females, aged 20～60, in 3 organizations at ministerial or bureau levels and 4 organizations at district level selected by cluster sampling Results 39 4% of the respondents felt bodily upset lasting more than 1 day and 47 5% of them felt mentally unwell one month before the survey The smoking rate was 33 6% among the whole population of these respondents The passive smoking rate was 76 1% among the 528 non smokers The drinking rate was 36 2% among these respondents The overweight rate was 32 9% in these respondent 37 9% of them had one or more health risk factors, including hyperlipidemia, sedentary life style, smoking, drinking, etc The comprehensive knowledge rate about the harm of smoking was only 7% The knowledge rates about different aspects of drinking and health were all over than 70% The knowledge rate about obesity was low Conclusion A considerable part of the governmental office workers suffers from different chronic diseases 20%～40% of them have different health risk factors The health knowledge rate is still rather low
