长江流域6城市2002年和2003年上半年消化系统用药分析

摘　　要：目的 :研究对长江流域 6城市共 15 7家医院 2 0 0 2年和 2 0 0 3年上半年的消化系统用药金额 ,以了解整个长江流域消化系统药物的市场状况和对未来趋势的预测。方法 :本文采集长江流域医院用药分析系统 (HPDIS)数据 ,对消化系统用药金额进行统计、排序 ,并加以分析。结果与结论 :(1)两个年份中各个城市消化系统用药金额的所占比例基本保持不变 ,且 6城市的消化系统用药金额及其所占比例是按照其在长江流域的地理位置 (即从长江下游至上游 )逐步递减的。 (2 )排名首位的大类在各城市不同 ,但基本为抗酸药及治疗消化性溃疡疾病药或肝病用药 ,且可以发现内地排名首位的药物为肝病用药 ,而沿海的城市则以抗酸药及治疗消化性溃疡病药为首。 (3)各地均有当地的用药习惯 ,因此 ,6城市各类药品应用的前 3位不尽相同。但两年的数据相比 ,应用前OBJECTIVE: To study costs of the drugs used in digestive system in 157 hospitals of six cities around Changjiang River basin in the first half of the year during 2002 to 2003, in order to know market condition of the drugs used in digestive system in the whole Changjiang River basin and predict their future trends.METHODS: To collect data of HPDIS around Changjiang River basin for counting, ranking and analyzing costs of the drugs used in digestive system.RESULTS & CONCLUSION: (1) The ratio of costs of the drugs used in digestive system in these cities during 2002～ 2003 remains unchangeable, and costs of the drugs used in digestive system and the ratio in these six cities progressively decrease according to their geographic position of Changjiang River basin (from upper reaches to lower reaches).(2) The major kinds of drugs ranking first are different in each city. But drugs for antiacid, peptic ulcer or hepatic disease take priority . Drugs ranking first in the interior of our country are the one for hepatic disease ,but drugs ranking first in coastal cities are the one for antiacid and peptic ulcer.(3) Different city has different habit of drug usage, so drugs used in the first three places in rank in six cities are quite different. Compared data of 2002 and 2003, it is found that drugs used in the first three places in rank are quite stable.
