摘　　要：在多层传送网中的任何故障均会造成网络服务质量的降低。网络可能发生硬性的故障,如已经建立的信道突然中断;或软性的故障,如传输质量的逐渐降低。以IPoverWDM网为例,给出了相应的故障定位方法,并考虑到网络发生多个故障情况下的故障定位问题。这种方法还可适用于其他多层传送网中的多故障定位问题,并且对网络的拓扑结构没有特殊的要求。Any fault in multilayer networks can results in the decrease of network service of quality. The fault in network can be hard failures,such as the established channels are suddenly interrupted; or they may be soft failures which can progressively degrade the quality of transmission. This paper researches an algorithm for localizing failures, when the networks with multiple layers (such as IP over WDM networks) don't work normally. The number of the failures is uncertain in the practical networks, so the algorithm should solve the problem. The algorithm can be applied to the other multilayer networks with multifault and any network topology.
