摘　　要：基于图书馆事业和图书馆期刊现状 ,提出了创办图书馆行业文化综合刊物的设想 ,并探讨了办刊地必要、办刊的条件、办刊的方式。Based on the curent situation of librarianship and periodical of library and information,this paper makes a tentatively plan and discusses the need,conditions,fashion and project of the publication of the magazine.
