摘　　要：针对我国目前农业科技的现状,加强农业科研项目组织管理及科技成果推广工作必须加强科研项目的立项、执行、完成情况的评估,充分结合产后效应,完善农业科技成果推广体制,制订切实可行的农业科技成果推广措施。In view of the status quo of agricultural science and technology in China, to strengthen the management of agricultural science projects and the popularization of the achievements is, first of all, to strengthen the evaluation of the agricultural science projects, such as their approval, conduct and fulfillment, and also to consummate the system and formulate the feasible measures of popularizing the agricultural scientific achievements combining fully with their productive effects.
