摘　　要：紫花地丁是北京地区早春开花的野生花卉。萌发过程中种子对温度十分敏感 ,既忌高温 (>30℃ ) ,又忌低温(<2 0℃ )。在高温下根系变褐色并霉烂 ,在低温下萌发及生长缓慢。最适发芽温度为 2 5℃。田间播种试验表明 ,撒播当年5月采收的野生紫花地丁种子 ,最适播种期为 8月下旬。与此前 (7月 )此后 (9月 )播种期相比较 ,8月播种的出苗率及植株生长量最高 ,并于当年 10月初开花。种子最适播种量为 1g/ m2 。Viola yedoensis Makino is a wild flower which produces flowers in early spring in Beijing area. The germination of its seed is temperature sensitive and requires a temperature neither higher than 30℃ nor lower than 20℃. Beyond that range, the roots would turn brown and rot at a higher temperature, or the germination and seedling growth would be slow at a lower temperature. The optimal temperature for seed germination was found to be 25℃. Results from field sowing experiments indicated that, for seed collected from the wild plants in May, the best sowing time is late August in the same year. Compared with earlier (July) and later (September) sowing, the seed sown in August had the highest germination rate and the greatest seedling growth, with the seedlings being able to flower in early October. The optimal sowing density was 1g/m 2.
