药剂处理对瓜尔豆种子低温萌发和活力的影响

摘　　要：用不同的药剂分别在 2 0℃、15℃条件下浸泡瓜尔豆种子 2 4 h,放入 15℃的发芽箱中发芽。结果表明 :4 0 0 ml/ kg乙烯利、10 mg/ kg AMP、2 0 mg/ kg6 - BA15℃浸种显著或极显著的提高种子活力 ,促使种子低温萌发 ;而 2 0℃浸种时对种子萌发没有显著影响。0 .1%水杨酸钠在 15℃条件下能显著提高种子的发芽率 ,较长时间的维持种子活力。0 .1%甲醛处理完全杀死种子。 2 0 mg/ kg IAA2 0℃浸种、30 mg/ kg2 ,4 - D15℃浸种抑制种子的萌发。 2 0 0 ml/ kg CCC、5 0 0 mg/ kg GA3、0 .1mol/ LKNO3、2 5 ml/ kg肌醇 15℃或 2 0℃浸种效果均不明显。In this paper, we studied effects of different medicaments presoaking at 15℃ or 20℃ for 24 hours and then germinated at 15℃ on bourgeon and vigor of Cyamopsis tetragonoloba(L) seeds. The results indicated that 400 ml/kg ethephon,10 mg/kg AMP, 20 mg/kg 6BA presoaking at 15℃ improved remarkably or extremely remarkably the vigor of seeds and promoted seeds sprout at low temperature, but they had no effect presoaking at 20℃. 0.1% sodium salicylate presoaking at 15℃ increased the germination percent of seeds and kept the vigor of seeds for a longer time. 0.1% formaldehyde presoaking killed completely the seeds. 20 mg/kg IAA presoaking at 20℃, 30 mg/kg 2,4 D presoaking at 15℃ restrained the germination of seeds. 200 ml/kg CCC, 500 mg/kg GA3, 0.1mol/L KNO_3, 25 ml/kg inose presoaking at 15℃ or 20℃ did not promote and restrain the germination of seeds.
