摘　　要：　分析了滚轮法测量大轴直径时滚轮受压变形对测量结果的影响,提出了通过仿真标定,建立起力与变形之间的数学模型,再在测量中对滚轮受压变形进行实时修正的新方法,从而大大提高了滚轮法的测量精度.This paper analyses the influence on measurement result caused by wheel\|deformation while measuring with rolling\|wheel method and refers that we can set up the mathematical model about stress and deformation through emulation experimentation and then correct wheel\|deformation real time in on\|line measurement. This method improves measurement precision greatly.
