金属、涂饰层材料长周期海水腐蚀试验工作进展

摘　　要：介绍了50种金属和12种涂镀层材料在我国的青岛、舟山、厦门和榆林四个海域的飞溅、潮差、全浸三个海洋区带中暴露l、2、4、8和16年的长周期工作,得到了长周期的海水腐蚀数据和长周期的海水腐蚀规律。提出一种海水腐蚀性的评价方法和一种综合评价材料耐蚀性的方法。此外,解释了在海水腐蚀试验中的一些异常现象。50 sorts of metallic materials and 12 sorts of coatings materials that exposured 1, 2, 4, 8 and 16 years in splash zone, tidal zone, full immersion zone of Qingdao, Zhoushan, Xiamen and Yulin in China sea areas are introduced. This testings got many seawater corrosion datum and law for long testing period. An evaluation method of the seawater corrosiveness and a composite evaluation method of corrosion resistance are proposed. A lot of abnormal phenomena is explained in the process of seawater corrosion.
