摘　　要：介绍一种全自动焊接系统。焊接的引弧、熔化、挤压和保温4个过程全由单片机89C52来完成,引弧和熔化全采用了智能判断,确保这两个过程准确完成;利用大功率器件、逆变技术和PWM集成控制器,构成了一种新型的弧焊逆变电源。This paper introduces a automatic mutual welding system. The four processes of mutual welding, including arc, melting-down, push down and heat, which are controlled by 89C52 single chip micro - computer. Intelligent judgment is used in the course of arc and melting- down, so as to on sure the two processes are accomplished accurately. There is a new- style arc- welding inverter, using powerful component and invert technique and PWM integrated controller.
