摘　　要：在塔器的可靠性强度设计中,利用MicrosoftExcel自动生成概率纸,来统计分析平均风速年极大值,并得到其分布参数,进而计算出塔器上所受基本风压的分布参数.In order to do reliability designs of tall vessels, probability paper is automatically produced using Microsoft Excel for doing statistic analysis of maximum mean wind speed per year so that parameters can be determined for distribution of basic wind pressure on tall vessels.
