摘　　要：分析了永冻土和深海海底天然气水合物钻井的特点,介绍了天然气水合物钻井的关键技术(包括钻井方法、钻井装备、井喷控制、固井等)问题和解决的对策,对我国开展相关技术的研究有一定的指导意义。This paper analyses the characters of permanent frozen soil and natural gas hydrate in deep sea, illustrates the key technique problems of drilling such as drilling methods, equipments, blowout control, well cementation, etc. and the countermeasures to solve these problems. There is some guiding significance for the relating technique.
