摘　　要：通过调查和分析,论述了住宅各居住空间满足必要功能和完善功能的基本单元尺寸,指出中低价住宅不能简单地对居住空间的缩小,而要根据住宅功能与质量的平衡进行综合布局,使其更为经济、紧凑、实用。Based on analysis of the examination, the author discusses the basic unit dimension to meet essential housing functions and points out that it is not necessary to simply reduce the dwelling space of low price housing, but we should comprehensively balance the housing function and quality to make the low price housing more economiceal and practical.
